Jackson Elementary is proud to announce Mrs. Carol Williams as the
Certificated Employee of the Year. Mrs. Williams is a kindergarten
teacher at Jackson, and she is extremely dedicated, giving her students
100% every day. The combination of her expertise as a teacher and her
devotion to helping all children achieve to the best of their ability,
results in highly engaged students and consistent progress. Mrs.
Williams is also dedicated to working positively with the parent
community. Throughout her years in education, she has continuously
supported the school community in various ways, including committees,
extracurricular events and activities, various types of intervention and
by regularly welcoming parent volunteers into her classroom. The
following is just one of the many compliments shared by Mrs. Williams’
colleagues: “I believe she is the epitome of what children need to
start off their years of school with: a positive attitude, a sense of
readiness and a love for learning.” Mrs. Williams is a wonderful
advocate for Jackson students and a leader amongst the staff. Please
